Collector's Digest needs to be patched
It's impossible and one of the worst quests. It doesn't give you enough time to collect everything.

there's no one to even quick quest with, the mp for this game is dead and it needs to patch to support solo play

patch to support solo play? Is there even 1 quest in Relink that you cannot finish doing solo? I S++ all quest except this quest and I'm pretty sure all quest aside from this one is very easy to solo and get S++ rating.
