I would rather see improvement in QoL features to be added to transmarvel.
By comparison, once you finish a Monster Hunter game changing weapons is MUCH easier than grinding to get to end game. Why? Because otherwise people will play a single weapon and never play any other. Just like people play Narmaya and then go do something else with their time.
MHW is a little different as the combat is slow but methodical. Most weapons are difficult to master. And it has bosses like behemoth (base) and fatalis to challenge the player.
The game could also be transparent about what tier of curio you have and maybe have some kind of a 'trade up' system where you could take 10 of the crappy curios and upgrade them to the next tier and so on.
The awful drop chance for those super rare sigils is bad by itself but it's further compounded by how every single quest only drops one curio.
And as a reminder the Devs do have a feedback form here: https://relink.granbluefantasy.jp/en/app/feedback
Send them a note about how curios work or about how we need a "Transmute all" Button.
Outside of that, war elemental and sup damage feels like extra add ons for extra damage. It's nice to have, but not something that you must have. Really hate how people thought you need to get them instead of using sigils that complements your playstyle, makes the build felt sterile and homogenized.
At the end of the day, this is a co op game, doesn't even have leaderboards where the MVP will have extra drops, feels like just a e-peen swinging contest to me
Although, from what I can gather, my friend who likes to afk farm, usually have hundreds of curio, and seems like he can consistently get unique sigil when trading it in. Might be supreme placebo but worth a try, since I got my extra war elemental from turning in hundreds of curio
You stop playing eventually. The difference is you stop happy or stop mad. If you stop happy, you are more likely to come back again in the future if they make more new stuff (something called nostalgia). If you stop mad, probably not. Would you ever go to a restaurant again if you ever saw a chef spit on your food? It leaves a shadow in your mind. Same as grinding. Your favorite food only tastes good if you have it once in a while. If you eat it everyday, it becomes disgusting and soon you might never ever want to see it again.
The super rare sigils are suppose to be / by design are chase items. Not sure if people play games like Path of Exile where many chase item exist. Games has each to their own chase item and it's hard to get that's why they are called chase item. If by game design, you need these chase item to finish the game then yes its a massive flaw which is not the case in Relink.
