how to use azurite splendor and damascus ingot ?

I keep clicking them in inventory but i still cannot use it or find where to use them at blacksmith plz help

Go to the blacksmith. Go to the uncap a weapon option or upgrade sigil option. Go to the upgrade menu where you confirm the materials you're using to upgrade it. Above the materials list, you'll see an input you need to hit to switch to the ingot or splendor. For me, it's the touch pad on my controller. Hit that and it will swap to the ingot/splendor.

It gives you a prompt to use them when you're upgrading the respective item (it should be on top of the required material list).

Its important to note that Ingot only upgrade weapon up by 1 rank while sigil will be max level in one use.

You should strongly consider using those only for the final weapon upgrade or to upgrade V+ sigils with useful secondary perks.

The only renewable source of those are rainbow slimes which only spawn at a very low chance during the slimepede quest.
