Once you remove the time which is the biggest hurdle to getting things, you may aswell not even play at that point.
But if saying they are the same concept in any way helps you feel better when you use the trainer, you do you i guess?
Like i said if you want to justify why you cheated and bypassed the time everyone else is putting in, you do you... but they are not even comparable especially when it actually takes longer with a macro instead of playing the character yourself, its just an option for us people with lives outside the internet, while not also removing any semblance of work/time it takes to get it.
for me personally i dont see much of a difference between someone who farmed 1k curios during afk farming with macros while he is off to work and someone who presses a button in cheat engine or w/e.
having the game run in the background while you are not even in the house is not a time investment.
with that logic, it would be no different if you suddenly decide to simply cheat those items in as soon as your AI is capable of soloing the fight.
... btw, why do you assume that everyone is a cheater who calls you out?
Vs, in the previous menu, while you are still with in the 10 repeat times and it asks if you are done reviewing the quest results, when the menu pops up for that it starts on "yes" and then when the macro finishes it usually ends on "yes" or the timer just runs out and it auto repeats anyways. So everytime I've tested this it seems to be on the "do you still want to continue this quest" menu that it messes up, so I'm not sure how to fix that.
I have the macro set up with W (5 second delay) LC (5 second delay)
Any help would be appreciated as I also don't have a lot of time available to grind for endgame.
Thank you
Cheaters always have the weirdest justifications for cheating... you can't reason with them.
Anyway these macros aren't even guaranteed to work. The problem is the macro can input the w right before the repeat prompt shows up, and then the macro presses lc/enter which would confirm the 'No' option. The only way to make these macros truly reliable requires some insanely convoluted process that involves ocr software that would try to identify the repeat prompt, and then have the macro execute the w + enter inputs once it thinks it is seeing that prompt.
I hate to be that guy but hacking in the sigils you want really is better. If people really do intend to try and run this all day everyday while they go to work/school then what even is the difference.. aside from wasting more electricity than you had to.
