Did some more practice in Training with her Dive Sigil and conclusion that I ended up with was.
You press X to dive, and you will see 4 lines converge into shining star, and that is when you press X again to back-flip and get ready for another dive and start again by pressing X.
(It also becomes much easier to see after 2 successful inputs for that hit.)
Another clue is, you will see Zeta ''freeze'' in air the moment those 4 lines converge.
You can clearly notice that if you just dive and watch without pressing anything.
Timing in general is little tight cuz distance to target defines how fast those lines converge, but you just need little practice.
Since I was able to do basically infinite dives just from 2-3min practice.
Another cool thing to know is that it resets your Air-Dodge every time you land that input.
what i do is that i anticipate the point of contact, and the very moment the spear hits, i do double tap to continue the loop (doesn't have to be fast). also depending of the target that you hit, the dive will actually do a "second hit" which is the moment that you want to initiate the loop.
anything else like moving target, changing target mid air, bailing the loop, etc. comes with experience
personally when i was starting out i was tapping the button 3 times as soon as i made contact with the hitbox.
(not that you need to press it 3 times, but it probably helped me to get into the rhythm)
