Save in different slot
Is it possible to save a running game in a different slot? Or is that only possible when starting new?

Nope.
Every save is it's own game.
You can probably get the save thingy in nexus that allows you to back em up and do some editing to put it into another slot, but Idk if that's possible, haven't even tried the app.
