For ranged characters you dont even need tyranny. I use charged hit with eugen instead.
I said suicidal. I didn't say "useful".
Glass cannon gives you dizzy on hit but at least you can dodge things. High risk high reward and all that. But there are some attacks in this game that you literally can't avoid without dodging.
This stupid sigil just gives you dmg (and no dmg cap) so its effectively useless and in return you cannot use the two main self preserving methods in the game.
Of course, the only true way to be as useless as possible in the arts of surviving is to just equip all three.
So maybe it's good to have that in a loadout build for quests like that.
