Not noticing any effects from adrenaline rush

So i got the adrenaline rush passive, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I finish a combo, and then hold to charge my "raise power" attack and it takes just as long to charge.

Sorry for the late reply, but have you figired it out for yourself? Just unlocked it myself, and the difference is very noticable. If you hold the Power Raise button from default stance, it takes 4 seconds. Holding Power Raise after a combo makes it 2 seconds.
(Try it with this combo, it's easy : Square, Square, Square, HOLD triangle - Just count or look at the difference how short it is from doing it via the combo).
