You could argue that they're all asian in the game, and likely there's no white people.

Look at Persona 5, where Ann is considered a white american, she has blonde hair and blue eyes, while everyone else is considered Japanese aka Asian.

Majority of characters in these games are just asian, White/European people usually have an accent that shows as such or blue eyes or something along those lines.
