Yo, we made a Discord Server for Relink Mods if anyone is interested.
Modding Tool development is now pretty much complete and a full documentation can be found on the server.

Modding Tools are now ready and a full documentation can be found here https://nenkai.github.io/relink-modding/. Modders can now start working on texture, skin, body mods etc.

if mods can mean we can replace the woeful english subtitles to english subtitles that match the Japanese source material dub + uncensor the outfits then i'll be extremely happy

For what it's worth, there are already a collection of mods available on NexusMods. That said it's mostly just ReShade presets, controller skins, and config edits to the damage cap. Looking forward to seeing some more visible mods.

hopefully people can mod in actual hard content for the game, there is no use powering up your character if there is no content to use said character.
