The Healing cap by Drain sigil
it seem they fix the value that you can gain the Hp gain from Drain sigil . so what the point to invest too much on it anyway ?

most of normal attack is Capped on somewhat 500-550 Link attack 1500 idk the rest

just 10 level on Drain sigil is enough to reach the cap rn.

Likely for characters who do little dmg but attack faster, to get closer to that cap.

Yes and no....take it like this:
5% drain at max of a damage capped normal attack which is i believe 9.999 will heal for 500. Thats the healing cap.
Same applies to skills etc.... its Drain% of the damage cap of the attack (default dmaage cap)

I tried Drain 26 with Heal Cap 22 and it didn't increase the drain at all sadly

Drain isnt healing....
that's surprising, I'd feel like it would be since it counts as incoming health.

Specifically states Healing skills, Drain isn't a skill.

I seem to remember Heal cap up does raise Drain cap in the mobile game, but I guess since anyone can just slot Drain Sigils in this game (and sustain is easier since you can avoid the majority of damage anyways) they decided it would be too strong.
Yep. Drain way better on fast hitters because of this. Make no sense with every other cap being ratio related and then theres drain with a flat cap. No reason to have more than 1 drain sigil once you are end game.

Yea, when I realised what the cap was, my heart kinda sank a little. I invested in Drain so much for Vaseraga, thinking that I can build the ultimate Crit/vampire tank build. Seeing the 500 health cap per hit was just bad. I wanted him to be able to take the hits while dealing slow but devastating payback with lifesteal, guess the dream is dashed away
