You're in a hub/village, and from there you start different missions. The missions take place in smaller levels, so it's not open world with tons of exploration either. There is some degree of exploration for the story levels, but not much.
nah thats lame.... I thought it would be like FF9 with a smooth story progression
What is MSQ?
Main Story Quests.
You have a storyline to play through before you get to the real meat of the game which focuses on Monster Hunter style missions.
Def needs an open world zone or use the existing and put interesting/repeatable things to do in them. Something other than sit in town and quest board.
but the story segments have also mission-like structure? Or is it is a seamless story progression without any need to activate story quests in a menu?
