is there a way for me to run this game smoothly without lowering my graphic below high? i bought this game but i didnt expect it will be laggy for my laptop

I'm i5 10400, gtx 1650, and 16gb ram but I can run it smoothly on High though, some frame drop on town but all battle is smooth

thanks. i only put the texture on standard and my game runs smoothly now
