I have it marked and it doesnt show up in the quest counter. maybe i dont have that mission unlocked.

How rare is this on Manic (i think, the lv 105 version)? I killed him like 5-6 times and not a single drop with S++ rating.

Manic Galanza fight which unlocks after you clear the first few Manic quests. You'll see it under possible drops.

I wanna say it and the equivalent from Id and sword veil girl are about a 20% drop. Maybe slightly higher.

Spam the maniac Gallanza boss fight to get this, it drops more consistantly from the proud mission Wolf and the Veil but that fights such a nightmare it isnt worth it.

Buy it with Gold Dahlia badges (once you beat the boss that drops it)
