Now days you have games on mobile like Punishing Gray Raven, Aether Gazer or SnowBreak: Containment Zone whiches are so similar but there're free to play . So what's the point of pay 60$ for a 12 hours linear story and fetch quest content made as endgame to up the hours of the game?
Can't you see they don't have enough content for this game and they decide to make this arena fighter grind fest to justify the 60$?
12 hours of story and 80+ to grind endgame fetch quests. The story is singleplayer, the endgame can be played online but is region locked.
The point this is not a live service game, so probably there won't be a lot of people doing the endgame, and will die on one or two weeks. And since the game is region locked that means the amount of people to play will be very limited. Just to advice you before you make your own decision.
So Story is about 10-20hrs and the grind to max a hero (char) maybe +/- 50hrs or less.
Is it the 60euro/usw worth? Definitly NO. Its better to wait maybe few days to a week for a patches fo fix few things, in this time u get a game key from other sellers around 40euro/usd.
The first part of the game is story to learn the mechanics and few heroes (chars). When you reach the endgame is little bit like Monster Hunter World. That means you grind bosses with friends or random people to get materials and xp.
