We have received reports of an issue where the game becomes unplayable (crashes) for some users.
We sincerely apologize for causing this inconvenience.

8. 3 instances of crashing. One BEFORE company logos load. One DURING or AFTER company logos load. Crash/freeze during cutscene after leaving first island to start quest with rolan.

9. Most times unable to load and stay as black screen/not responding popup. Couple times where game managed to load and game was playable, however since the cutscene of leaving first island main story mission, game has been unable to load since. This was with 1-2 hours of rigorous loading on game release/DL.

8) The game cannot get past logo screen (faded to black then nothing happen) but on the 10th tries it launch perfectly fine. I then change resolution in the settings and shut the game down. Now my game cannot launch through the logo screen, just pure black screen that crashed when I press anything.
9) booted successfully when does not connect joycon then I change the setting and log off to further adjust the performance through "Nvidia Control panel", basically make the game goes as low as possible for this PC to be able to run the game. After that I cannot launch pass the logo screen at all.

Game launch and play just fine, except there is only one issue for me at the moment,
when i try to Create an Online Session or even search for one, Network Error pop up and just say A network error has occurred. i'm not sure what's the issue here, any other online game i play were fine. Oh i'm from SEA region, unless its region locked, but there should've been a notice for it on store page if its region locked to the point where i can't play online with others.

My issue is not a crash, game fails to launch upon activating executable. No program launches in processes, simply goes from "running" state to "Play" lighting up green once more.
