Ah, yes, this message that we can see everywhere but nobody want to explain that the game is just a poor playstation port to pc. It's a common issues from companies like bamco, guts to just bring a Playstation games to PC and add poor settings and let 16/9 natively because it's so lazy to lock FOV Camera. Only Blue Protocol said : We can but we don't because we don't want to give an unfair advantage in High-end content.
The only real issues in this game is the HUD from dialogues that will be cutted if 21/9 and more are used.
According to the Steam Hardware survey, about the same percentage of people that are using ultrawide resolutions (not 1% btw) is equal to the percentage of people using 4K monitors. I'm guessing 4K is niche and devs should stop supporting that too? What a braindead take.
but that is stretching right?
Nope... Resident Evil, Tekken 8, Like a Dragon series, Judgment series, new Tomb raider, lots of Japanese developers are making 21:9 games. Just few of them are still lazy.
Because this is a Plebstation Port.
