A lot actually, Ultrawide is still pretty niche and not widely adopted (obviously talking about 2023 and before it's only January lol)

I actually asked the person that posted it some questions and got answers.

The video was not fake, it showed PC options that differed from the PS5 graphical options (120 fps cap - borderless - graphics quality was set to ultra with 3 sub options consisting of Textures - Rendering - Lighting) Vsync was on there as well. So all those things indicate it was PC options rather than PS4/5.

The gameplay looked fine! There was no visible stuttering and the person that recorded it said he got mostly 120 fps on his rig with minor drops but nothing too excessive. But keep in mind he was playing on 1080p with a 3080(most likely laptop 3080 cause the CPU in question was a laptop CPU) He also confirmed he had 0 stuttering, so there is no shader stutters present but a sample size of 1 is rather small so take that as you will.

The button prompts on screen were Xbox, it is not known if you can change that at this time.

Any mention of DLSS and/or VRR support?

Not visible in any of the video's so far so I think there isn't anything like that.
The settings are honestly very barebones.

Resolution - frame rate - screen mode(full screen-borderless-windowed) - graphics quality which has 3 sub sections of textures/rendering/lighting - brightness - blur - colorblind support- vsync.

I can't tell you what resolutions are present but going by the store page it will atleast support up to 4k.
