Yeah it's really bad. I don't get why people are recommending you to watch a D-tier Anime show.
I don't recommend it, it's terrible, and will probably ruin your enjoyment of this story - which is probably just as generic.
Do not perpetuate this.
This is like saying “oh you want to know what’s going on in the most recent Star Wars film? Go watch episode 1”
the anime covers the beginning of the story. As far as I am aware, the game takes place in the later parts of the story. If you wanted full context you would literally have to play the mobile game the anime does not cover enough for it to be the answer.
