I also heard reviews for PC might drop today, but it's looking like the embargo just isn't going to lift period until official release which is concerning.

"The Granblue Fantasy: Relink review embargo will drop on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 7 am PST, 10 pm EST, 3 pm GMT, and 2 am AEDT (January 29). This is 5 days before the game officially releases on Thursday, February 1, 2024. It is also the start time for the Early Access period."

I'm not sure how you missed the very next paragraph, but it states is "It is important to note that this date has not been officially confirmed by the developer Cygames. Instead, it is based on when review embargos typically lift. Previously, reviews for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising in the West were released a day after release."
Dog, the game just came out, I don’t think anyone is actually at end game, and if they are, show me your source.
