Save editing was pretty rampant in monster hunter world. Monster hunter world a large portion of players just edited their saves which kinda kills the multiplayer for some people.
Option to turn on and off crossplay works wonders and keeps multiplayer game alive. Choice of playing a game on whatever platform is great as a Single player experience, but diving and forcing me to choose for a Multiplayer Experience sucks. especially in this day in age.
Yes, Granblue Fantasy: Relink does have crossplay. However, it is only between the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 version of the game. Currently, there is no crossplay between the PC and PlayStation versions of the game. This is according to the game’s official website, which states in no uncertain terms, “Cross-platform play is only available between PS4 and PS5.”
If that's true, that doesn't sound interesting at all.... It looks the same as the pre-sale bonuses and versions of the game. PS is getting a lot of different content from the PC version.
If its anything like like Monster Hunter or any COOP MMO for that matter, you will most likely see/matchmaking with those players in end game not beginning to mid. And in most End Game common COOP Mulitplayer RPG Style games your level and gear will only get you so far, until its all about skill and cooperation. So it will hardly matter if console players got groomed by a PC players. Only players you have to really worry about is actual Game breaking hackers, which i rarely see in pc gaming anyway, so if you turn off crossplay minimize the encounter even further, So the fear mongering of crossplay is bad for console needs to stop.
