Do we know if Relink is being translated by XSEED games, not just published? If so, it will be interesting to compare the translation of Relink by XSEED to the gacha game's inhouse English translation by Cygames. I've never had a problem with the GBF translation but some of XSEED's translations for Trails have left me scratching my head.

Game has voice acting in English, so I would assume it'd be okay...fingers crossed. And from what I've seen in the demo, it seems pretty good so far

Eh ♥♥♥♥ you too buddy. I'm worried after GBVSR got rid of things like Vira's "Now Perish" line against Lowain and the act 3 story tl was so buggered. But it's likely completely different localization teams since they were being developed at the same time.

Hopefully the fact they know actual humans will have to say whatever they write out loud will demotivate them from being overly cringey.. I just wish localisation got replaced with translation.

Oh... Misinterpreted the point of the post, sorry. Thought you were saying nobody actually gave a ♥♥♥♥ about accurate translation. Seen that take unironically said a fair bit as of late.
