Lock picking?

Where can I learn how to pick locks? I was able to open Legrands desk but when I try to open Emmas or Peters, it says I need to acquire another skill.

Legrands desk is a lever lock, Emma's and Peter's are cross locks, you need different books for them, you'll else find it in legrands trolley, lost and found or if they helped the weird guy at the start.

so i helped the wierd guy at the beginning and learned the skill but it still says i need to learn cross lock skill even though i opened emmas desk?

Emmas and Peters desks are unlocked by learning the skill from the wierd guy book, legrands desk needs another skill from another book, i got it by helping peter date emma

At the start when you follow Hemnitz, at one point a guy walking past will drop a stack of papers across the floor You can help him, and before you leave to go talk to Hemnitz on the street, he'll stop you in the meeting platform and give you the cross-lock book.

If Peter is no longer working, the book might be in the lost and found near the security checkpoint.
