How to complete the task "Fear" in Dong's Feelings?

I looked around everywhere but can't even grab any hint.
By searching informations here, I figured out that pie seller woman (Serena Marwitz?) gives out the information of Dong's fear towards bugs.
However when I started talking with her and it shows only two options; Talk about Everything or End Conversation.

Is there something that I'm missing? or seemingly in-game bug?

Talk to the lunch lady, ask her about Dong, from here on is a spoiler, so. he's afraid of bugs, either go the the gardener in the meeting room, he'll give you a bag wich you can fill from the plants, or you can go outside to talk to a little girl and buy the bag of bugs for £100

I've looked everywhere and still can't find an answer to this, perhaps because it's so obvious yet I'm still failing to find it.
