How Do I make Dong scared?

I know this is a dumb question, but I've already talked to the bush guy but I still can't figure out how to.

To discover what is Dong's fear, you need to talk with him until he gives that info (I dont remember wich "conversation" choice you need to take. Just talk about everything you can). Then, talk with the gardener about the bugs and he will give you a bag. Gather bugs on each bush (three in total), then lockpick into Dong's desk (his cubicle) and place the bag of bugs there.

to get the information that he is scared of bugs you have to talk to the canteen/ lunch lady, just ask her about him and she will tell you.
