Is there anyway to keep a Civ from having a civil war? I want to do a Germany run but enter civil war every game. Please help.

Was there no unrest bar where you could check contributing factors back then? Anyway, there are way better versions like Dawn of Civilizations. In any case, you should stick to your core and periphery, not conquering completely unhistorical lands if you don't have enough positive factors to support that. I've seen pictures of that around, maybe it can be visualized in World Builder, but I doubt that's the case in old RFC.

I’ll look at the dawn mod. Yea idk what it is in RFC. I keep my cities pretty happy and economy good. The civil war always just feels so random.
