Can' Find the Manual

Clicking on "The Manual" on my library page takes me to the store page instead. Looked in the Civ 4 folders and couldn't see it. Anyone know where to find it? Or where to find out an explanation of two of the columns on the city list screen (the left most button in the second row in the upper right corner of the screen). It lists all the cities you own, along with several columns showing food, production, happiness, pollution, etc. There are two columns I can't figure out what they are and I couldn't find the screen online nor could I find the manual that is claimed to be included with this game.

Well I found the manual for bts and for civ iv main game, and it's not in either. It's so frustrating to see numbers in a column next to your cities and not having one little clue what they mean. Bigger better or smaller better? 0 is really bad... or 0 is really good? Gee, maybe if I knew what those numbers meant then maybe, just maybe, there's a way to manipulate them with game actions or choices to improve them... but first you'd have to even know what they are and what "improve them" means.

Ugg... so frustrating.
