Unit Size - Appearance ?

Hi All - I've been seeing conflicting advice on the net about the ability to reduce the size of units relative to buildings etc.

Does anyone have a clear method / link to advise?

I am using the Dune Revival mod so I don't know if this is best done at that layer or higher up for BTS in general.

Any constructive guidance is appreciated.
