Trying to get Fall From Heaven 2 working

I've been trying to get the Fall From Heaven 2 mod working. My Civ is up to date, far as I know, I'm using the latest FFH2 file I know of (0.41). I have tried to reinstall the mod without success. When I try to load the mod, it starts, and after a few seconds pops up a box saying GFC Error: failed to initialize the primary control theme.
I hit ok and it crashes.
Does anybody have any insights here? I really want to play this again.

Issue resolved. I messed up on my reinstall and missed a core file.

Use an program who made the same work as WinZip. I, once, manually installes C2C, file per file, but end with crossbowmen who like like pink blob, because I have miss one file.....
