Missing two CGs Completely

Hi, I haven't found the specific answer to these missing CGs yet, but if I missed the answer, please direct me to the post.

I am completely missing the bottom middle CG/s on page 2 and the upper right one on page 5. It is hard to see how I completely missed these, since I have all of the achievements with the exception of "Think of the Children" which, as I understand it, you can't get if you've patched the app, which I have.

But towards the end I was following a guide on the web to get all the achievements I had missed and at times It said you could quit a play through in the middle, so maybe that is how I managed not to get all the CGs.

If anyone can give me a clue how to get the last two CGs I need, that would be awesome.

Found out how to get the ones on page 2, just need the upper right on page 5 now.

But I actually just found out that I was missing more than I thought. I also don't have 4-11 of the CG images on the top middle of page 2.

Hi. Could you share your way to get the pic 2-5 (page 2, picture 5). I still got missing 2-5 and 4-2-3.
As for 5-3 you've asked, here's the route:
✧ Find the right approach to Tiamat
✧ Try to concentrate on the mission
✧ Stay put
✧ Run evasively
✧ A dip of faith
✧ All-out attack!
✧ Finish it quickly
✧ Help her up
✧ Guardian
✧ About your uniform...
✧ School her
As for 2-2-(4-11), it's the following:
✧ Stick to the topic
✧ Allow yourself to fantasize a little
✧ Get away immediately
✧ Accept the inevitable
✧ Forget about the elves
✧ Onwards to liana
✧ Talk to the liana
Not sure it has any effect on non-deadly routes, but I used "Champion cheesecake" difficulty.
