Potentially stuck in chapter 3?

So, I got stuck in chapter 3 during the Brazen Bull Part and I saw no way out. I searched for a walkthrough and there's supposed to be a rotating chopping circle that can be crawled under - 13:47 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVUGx08LIXY

But in my game there are two rotating circles that cannot be passed through in any way - https://i.imgur.com/BajCBp3.jpg

Now, I managed to progress by possesing a nearby Onoskelesis behind those circles and chain possesing it until I found Martyr without a mask, but I imagine this isn't supposed to be a right way? So, for future playthroughs, is this a bug or have I missed something? Because by possesing the Onoskelis I missed a way to get the achievement you get by killing that specific Onoskelis.

Did you look to your left, just in this exact place?
There should be a stone structure with some branches behind it, and spiders. A lever should be in this place, it is a bit hidden, but easy to find if you know where to look.
Of course, if i remember right.

The first will go up, and you crawl under the second.
