I don't think it is an option, as this was discussed before, and if I'm wrong the devs can come forward, but I believe the sex is in cutscenes in first person.

You can even rip the face chompers hearts out, yeah, also a cutscene plays out, but I haven't seen any interactive sex beyond cutscene first person endings so far, and demons in the background.
