Sorry, but there is no video for this kind of mod installation, sadly.
(IMPORTANT!) (YOU NEED WINRAR FOR THE MOD INSTALLATION!)
Basics
1. Get a mod. (I recommend E-Sports Racing for your mods.)
2. Open the mod folder (If using Firefox, it will open it's self.)
3. Double click the first folder.
4. You will see some things it the folder, but all you need to focus on is a sub folder named "GameData"
How to go to the GTR2 main folder.
5. Right click Steam and scroll down to "Open File Location"
6. Double click SteamApps, then common, then "GTR2 - FIA GT Racing Game"
Putting the mod in.
7. Click and drag the mods "GameData" into the games "GameData"
8. If done correctly, you should see the mod when you look in the "Classes" part of the car selection screen.
9. Enjoy!
(I have only failed at installing a mod only once, so I know what I am doing.)
