GTR2 windows 10 problem

With Windows 10, the game, which only starts in compatibility mode with Windows 7, hangs in the menu by clicking on certain areas and noted the word "GTR2 has crashed; Please submit the file UserData \ Log \ Minidump \ GTR2_1.1000 .. .. "to SimBin (software house of the game)
Does anyone have a solution, please?
I point out that before the game did not start due to lack of dll.41: unloaded and sorted.
Then tried to start would not start; solved by starting mode compatibility with Windows 7.

Weird, I have no problems with Windows 10 and this game, didn't even have to set any compatibility settings. Have also managed to install the patch to show the Porsche and Ferrari cars as well as the widescreen UI and it's working well. Have also got it working with my Xbox One Elite controller.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I did a clean install of Windows 10 rather than an in-place upgrade from Windows 8 - for a major OS version upgrade I think it's better to do this

Clean installs are always the way to go. I just have many old softwares to consider hats why i didnt do it..😀

Works fine on win 10 after the patch and no cd file.

I made more than 35 mods for GTR2, a month ago I bought a new PC with Windows 10. After countless attempts, I got GTR2 running under WIN10 today.
My system: Win10 Pro. Intel i9, 32GB, GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER.
I use the NO_CD_Patch, as well as the 4GB_Patch,
Compatibility: Windows 7 or WindowsXP
my config settings are: resolution 3840x2160-32bit
Frame rate: 60Hz
Shaderlevel: Auto
Full screen anti-aliasing: none
V-Sync on: none
Window mode: none
