GTR 2 configuration does not recognize Nvidia GPU

GTR 2 configuration does not recognize Nvidia GPU, but only integrated Intel HD grafics.
Windows 10. What can I do? Game does not start neither.
I already altered the Nvidia 3D settings, but nothing... Please help :)

Is your vcard driver updated?

Yes. All up to date. Some issue with nvidia optimus I guess.... Gtx 860 onboard. But only intel hd is shown...

I had the same issue, but it was easily fixed - in the Nvidia control panel make sure that you add both the GTR2 web config launcher and the main game executable and explictly say you always want them to use the Nvidia GPU instead of letting the system decide. Worked fine for me after that, rock solid 60FPS (with an Nvidia 970M). Sometimes optimus doesn't work automatically on older game, but you can easily override it.

I think it's usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GTR 2 - FIA GT Racing Game\GTR2Config.exe

No worries! Enjoy the game! BTW I recommend using the GTR 2 UI Mod - doesn't affect gameplay, but makes the interface much more pleasant to use on modern systems: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/gtr2-ui-mod-installer-version.4433/

I assume you've already found the fix to restore the Porsche and Ferrari cars back into the game?

BTW what controller are you using? A wheel or a gamepad? I'm using an XBox One Elite controller, whilst it's not as good as using a wheel, obviously, the game is certainly playable using this, once the settings are changed a bit
