I installed the game and it opened the first time but then it didnt open anymore is on the video setup screen

Change the GTR2 EXE Using the Properties options into Windows 7 OR 8 Compatibility.

or if you have a video card go to Nvidia Control Painel then go to 3d settings then put all aps using the high performance processor i think
