However, different metas will require different deck choices for success, and deck choices will require specific cards to function best. The game has an economy where buying one card gives you all the copies, so you can acquire what you need in a reasonable timeframe. You can also join the discord at https://discord.gg/6kzaYvV, where members are happy to share decklists and card recommendations, or check out https://collective.gg/leaderboards for the current top decks and see their decklists.
At least in this card game you can easily buy all the cards, and there is no excuse other than your own competence level.
This has to be the most mind-numbingly stupid comment I've ever read on these forums and that's saying a lot.
First of all, this is easily the most generous CCG I've ever seen. It's entirely possible to have all cards and heroes unlocked for free within a month of playing.
Secondly, given that nearly all cards are submitted by players, and players vote on what comes in or not, the balance too is entirely in the hands of said players. If you don't like a new card that came in, well tough. Should've downvoted it then and upvoted other cards.
Third, there are very VERY few cards in this game that are straight up better or more powerful than others for their cost. They each offer different things and can be played in different decks. Obviously some cards are going to be better in the majority of situations than others but this is true for any CCG and again, if you're struggling dealing with a particular card, well just craft it yourself, try it and see how your opponents counter it. Don't just sit here passively whining about it making utterly nonsensical comments. Thank you.
