i tried buying the dlc and unchecking them like the other topics have said

however i did buy and refund this game at one point, dunno if that was a factor

So this happens occasionally to everyone playing this game and since you're on Na servers(assumed from english language) its just not connecting to the TBBB Servers which is fairly normal just give it some time maybe restart your computer and it works 9/10 only time I couldnt resolve this issue through restarting/waiting was when the were updating the game

This also happens when there is an update underway, you might just need to wait for the update to come around.
