When I select the options menu from the title screen the game crashes. Is there away around this? Is anyone else experiencing this?

What type of controller work with this game? I have a generic PS2 usb controller plugged in and the game doesn't recognize, even using x360ce. The controller is functional, i've used it to play other game today.

The game's been delisted on switch. Now i'll never be able to play it on switch... Alpha Unit's website is also gone as well. UPDATE 11/11/2022: I Just learned that Alpha-Unit went bankrupt in 2021, and their time on the Switch EShop expired earlier this year.
