Do the QR codes do anything? If so, what?

So I noticed some QR codes. Do they do anything? If so, what?

Each of them gives you a snippet of text and a morse code number plays in the background. You have to get the text in the correct order, which then gives you the right order for the numbers. You can call the number after that :)
