How can I get "Voyeur" achievement?

I climbed most of the game and ended up getting all the achievements except one, can I ask for help?

I found the order of the ads in which they need to be viewed.
Here it is:
1st ad:call teddy then you will hear the flapeebird ringtone wait for it to finish the ringtone and you will get a teddy ad
2nd ad:when teddy give you an email you should press the "Download Flapeebird" button then you will get another teddy ad.
3rd ad:it will happen when your doing the story by talking to teddy
4th ad:you have to give Jenny the link for Flapee bird and talk to him for a little bit then it will trigger a teddy ad
5th ad:you have to ask teddy "why do you feel trapped?" in the chat it will trigger an ad and boxdrop code by the way
6th ad:you have to do it in chat again but different but you have to say "your sacrificing too much" and then teddy will talk to you again and you have to say "your important" then it will trigger an teddy ad
7th ad:Get the ending where you both live.

Here's the order:
1) When you first install Flapeebird phone call Teddy and the video will trigger at the end of the call.
2) When Teddy send you the Royale mode via mail (not via chat) click on it and the video will trigger.
3) Just follow the chat and stay with Teddy before beating his record (not the 17 points one, the second, don't remember). 3rd video pops up.
4) After beating his record keep staying with him and when you have the opportunity say something like "Why you feel so trapped?" (or something like that, 4th dialogue option anyway).

5) Same chat, few lines ahead, reply "You are sacrificing too much" (3rd dialogue option) and then "You're important" (2nd dialogue option). This is the key point....one my early playthrough to get this achievement the video didn't showed up......my guess goes to the subsequent reply....in my last playthrough I replied "I will try" (3rd dialogue option) and the video popped up (asking confirmation by the community).
6) When Flapeebird let's you invite friends choose Jenny and talk with her (what you say is not important). Final video and achievement.

Actually,for the phone call to Teddy,you dont need to wait for it to end. Just wait a few seconds and hang up. The ad will show up a few seconds after.

I got the same trouble in the "you are sacrificing too much" dialogue. I'll try the "I will try" answer, cause I had no time to answer the last time.
