Outer Sands West (Mild spoiler)

Hi guys,
I'm stuck trying to find the last card I need for the 2nd to last tier. I'm in Outer Sands West, I'm 99% sure I get it from Nowan, the Dolphin guy working on his boat (BOHT), but for the life of me I can't figure out what to do. The walkthrough posted just tells me to check the shoreline, which I discovered leads me around to the back to some springs, and I've used those, but those don't seem to lead me to anything helpful either.

Help a brotha out.

There aren't any cards in the 3D Outer Sands West (the beach area) - that hint was for finding entry into Pastel Horizon. Try getting the Card Detector and checking the card icons on the 3D world map to see where you're missing a card!

Thank you! Turns out that was actually my last card, and I had it in my head I had to get it from Nowan and I just couldn't figure it out. Turns out the card was in the pastel area and I just missed it. Good game btw!
