Title Menu Mouse Cursor not working

Anyone else get this issue?

I've turned off Steam overlay and the problem still happens for me.
As the game is loading the cursor shows, but as soon as the title menu displays the mouse vanishes and doesn't work.

I can press the Windows key and the mouse appears on any of the Desktop windows, but vanishes if I go back to the game menu.

I've reported this as a [Bug] on the Up Vote pages as well

UPDATE:
I've found I can press enter on the keyboard and the Play button gets activated and the mouse comes back in the game creation screen.

If I click back the mouse disappears again

I've tagged onto someone else's [Bug] report about the same issue.
I have unplugged all my controllers and the bug still persists.

Its odd as even without any controllers the bounding box goes nuts on some pages, almost as though its receiving constant input.
If I plug in my Steam controller and move the stick it stops the bounding box moving.

It happens each time the menus open which suggests something is being polled and found even though there are no controllers plugged in.

I've put it into the position of having just the G19, G13 and my mouse plugged in...

I have just added my comment to said bug-report:

Having this problem too. When starting the game, the mousecursor vanish. Using ESC in the mainmenu the mousecursor is shown again, but when I click on "options", the cursor vanishes again and the buttons at the end of the option-menu switch very fast. The mousecursor is always vanishing after one action.
I have no controller connected. As it stands, I will likely refund the game, because of this. Having no way to alter any of the options (the ESC-trick does not work in the option-menu, because it gets closed instead) makes the game unplayable for me.
No problems with any other game I own and the mouse is behaving absolutely normal in any other window, when I tab out of the game. Pretty sure, that this will likely be some exotic bug and not easy to locate/reproduce. Just want to make sure, that it's registered as bug.

I might have found a more or less workaround. In steam options disable the controller input, then you can press enter on submenu screens and it mostly works.
