Kongregate mod partially broken since update

Since the update, the ant hive won't reset anymore upon leaving it.
Resting or changing the island has no effect on that either.
Only de- and reactivating the mod resets it once.
Reimporting the mod was useless too.
Is there a way to fix this?

Yeah, the kongregate special needs an update since the change to how temporary areas function for multiplayer. I uploaded a fix, you'll have to re-download the mod and then re-install it. It'll reset the area if you're not in it for a few seconds once you have the update.
