Where is floating dragon island?

Where is the floating dragon island? Do you need to complete the "Study Magic" quest first, or can you fly up there? I have a spaceship, so I should have no trouble. I just can't find it. Any help?

You can fly up there with the spaceship. It is above Cultivator island (the island to the east of the first magic one). It is "floating" because there is no connection between it and the main part of the island, "dragon" because dragonships can be made there
