Does anyone have any tips when building your space station? I dont want to just throw it down, and then regret it later.
Also, is there a way to build/place unbreakable blocks around your bunker, just like on the bunkers that are build automatically?

Handy tips for space station: it's automatically powered, don't need to worry about that, the ship dock module is entered from the right hand side, so put it on the left of other modules, there's not a huge point in the small modules except around the ship dock, otherwise you'll get better space value from the big ones, and put connection modules in whenever you want to go up or down. Probably best to put your bunker depot and teleportal fairly central.

Other tips... Hmm, put factory type building fairly central too (you can't fit all the magic ones in though, forge is too tall unless you we get a rotation for the large module), if you want to put farms and pens in then they can go round the edges.

And how about the boring machine? How can i get in from the space station to the surface? Or do i have to build a factory on the surface and then build it there?
