Finding the Summit?

I've got the quest to build a comms device from the mechanic on Sunset Haven, but I can't seem to trigger the summit requirement. I've flown from one end of the map to the other and been to what I'm pretty sure is the highest point in the game, that tall mountain that you can only reach once you've upgraded your jet engine (which I think is on the island where the pirates had their base, if I recall correctly.) I flew at the altitude of that mountain across the entire map, and didn't run into anything higher. Is there something I'm missing?

The Summit is left of Sunset Haven, just land on top of the moutain and get out. Once you get out, you have to call the mechanic on the Com ( make sure u have the ship part she needs to make it)

Do I need to build an airport for this purpose? Cause neither Dragon armor nor Jetpack don't allow to land to this mountain from above - I could only dig it from inside. Or this peak is situated on another island?

Okay, I see I just need to build Submarine and dive to the watercave on the island left to Sunset Heaven
