Game is ending service in March? What's up with that?

i play this game long ago and i like it a lot but the game die too fast , i want know if the game have popolation yet?

The launcher works, the game was installed, but whenever I hit play it'll say logging into game servers before minimizing the launcher and then it proceeding to crash 30 seconds later. I get no popups or error messages and I've tried the fix of replacing the exe with the one in the pinned post and verifying my files....

game downloaded, launcher works but always want to download, tryied to repair, re-download and still not working... game does not even lunch.... HELP ME!
