The games dead. Granted its chinese they did the same game design that the koreans fell into during the mid 2000's where the game designers focus on graphics and cash shop vs the actual game and gameplay/game design.
Also a publisher in the west and on steam that just knows how to kill a game. Its just a game that you ask "do i really want to get into this?" you look at the cash shop, the game world devoid of players, the publisher, and then the content of the game....theres a reason less than 100 steam users play this, even if its free to join.
Cant speak how pay to win the game is, not that it matters given i cant see how they can afford to keep their non chinese servers open with such a low free to play playerbase. Its a game that isnt going to be around long.
