Alternative Ending ?

So i've finished the game . Then redid the first issue just to get the achievement for not getting killed at the end of the first issue .

My question is ; Is there actually an alternative ending after not dying at the end of issue 1 ?
Does it worth replaying the other 3 issues or am i still gonna get the same ending as if the guy died at the end of issue 1 ?

The only changes are the news mentioning who died and who gets shot in issue 3
If you failed the qte, the ex cop gets shot
If you succeeded, Barry gets shot, apparently he went to the station to apologize for killing the ex cop, then gets double tapped
